You can always choose between our private or shared tours. In the private tours, you get to enjoy VIP treatment and have your own fully qualified and accredited guide for a better experience of the Moroccan desert.
Our shared tours are small group tours, usually about 17 people maximum, which are perfect if you do not want to invest in a private tour but are looking for quality service. They are available every day and cover many of the most popular and favorite destinations in Morocco.
The tour begins with the discovery of the High Atlas: you pass Berber villages and you enjoy the panoramic views from the high mountains of the Atlas. You cross the famous Tizi n’Tichka pass to join the fortified village of Ait ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, visit and have lunch in the Kasbah. After, continuation to Ouarzazate for the visit of the museum and Cinema Studios.
Departure to Zagora, on arrival you will change your vehicle against camels for a walk in the desert. In the evening, you will admire an exceptional sunset and you will go back to the bivouac for a traditional dinner around the campfire and a night under a nomad tent in the middle of the Sahara.
Wake up early to watch the sunrise, then return to the camp to hang the breakfast before continuing your excursion to Ouarzazate.
Your first stop will be in Ouarzazate, visit Kasbat Taourirt then studio, then lunch, Then you will be heading to Africa’s Hollywood: Ouarzazate, a.k.a. “The Door of The Desert” where you will visit the atlas movie studios and Taourirt’s Kasbah where many blockbuster movies were shot.
Then you will continue the trip to Dadès, passing through Kalaa M’Gouna “The Valley of Roses” and Dadès’ river. Once there, you will be taken for a sunset tour, and spend the first night and (have a nice dinner) in a very clean and comfortable hotel.
Return to Marrakech
Essentials include lightweight clothing, a hat, sunscreen, a good pair of walking shoes, and a warm jacket for the cool desert nights.
